Refund / Exchange Policy All goods are tested prior to sending so problems are very rare but if you do have one contact us and we will do out best to solve the problem as soon as possible. If you receive any damaged or faulty goods then these will have to be returned to us so that we can send a replacement or a refund, but due to our quality control process this is very rare. Please email us for the address to return goods to. You are entitled to a seven day cooling off period which starts on the day after you receive your order. During this period you have the right to cancel the order. If you want to exercise this right email us and we will explain how to return the goods. If you choose to exercise this right then you shall be responsible for returning the goods in the same condition they were received in and at your own expense. Please make sure if you return goods that they are adequately insured as we cannot issue a refund for goods that we do not receive back. How long before I receive my Order? Average delivery time using the free second class delivery option is four to five working days. If a product is out of stock then it may take longer to reach you, please allow up to twenty one days to receive an order. If there will be a considerable delay in sending your order we will let you know by email. It is rare for there to be delays in sending out orders. Recorded Delivery - If you choose to have your order sent by recorded delivery then the package will be insured and you will need to sign for it when its delivered. Special Delivery - This is the fastest delivery method
available, you should receive your order in one or two working days after placing
your order, if your order is urgent then this is the method to choose. The
